These are some really flavorful meatballs! I really hate the mundane, so I decided to wing it on a new recipe, and it's delicious!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (93% lean)
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 pkg meatloaf seasoning (low sodium)
1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, incorporating evenly. Shape into 20 balls, bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Makes 4 servings. Serving size is 5 meatballs

I made a teriyaki sauce to go with mine, and used about 4 tbsp of sauce per serving of meatballs. I also included a side of plain brown rice (as in, I cooked the rice with no added ingredients) to complete the meal.

1.5 cups water (I know pkg says 1 cup)
2 tsp teriyaki marinade
Directions:
make gravy according to pkg instructions, and add the teriyaki marinade
