Raspberry Mango Smoothie



INGREDIENTS:
 

1 1/2 cup frozen mango pieces with juice
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 frozen banana, sliced
1 tbsp zero calorie sugar substitute
1 fresh squeezed lime
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water (optional, for thinning) 

DIRECTIONS:
Pour liquids in blender FIRST (to prevent clumping), then add in frozen fruits, lime juice and sugar substitute. Blend to a smooth consistency. For best results, use a small strainer for straining out seeds and chunks.
