Protein Walnut Brownies



INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
1cup brown sugar (unpacked)
1/2 cup stevia (or 0 calorie sugar substitute)
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS:
Beat the eggs, water, applesauce, sugars, and sweetener together until fluffy. Mix in your cocoa powder, flour and whey protein with an ELECTRIC MIXER to break up clumps and prevent the batter from being gritty. Lastly, fold in the walnuts and vanilla extract evenly. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes or until firm in a 9x16 pan.
