INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
3 tbsp egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
vegetable cooking spray
6 slices whole wheat bread (70 calories or less per slice)
DIRECTIONS:
Beat egg, egg whites, water, protein powder, and vanilla extract together in a bowl (large enough for a slice of bread to lay flat in). Quickly dip each slice of bread (each side separately) in the egg mix to coat each side, but don't let the bread get saturated. In a skillet, cook the bread (medium heat) on each side for a few minutes until lightly browned.
